The Phase 1 renovation of this 1957 fraternity house, originally designed by Los Angeles architecture firm Schlesinger · Berkihiser, corrects years of deferred maintenance, unfortunate updates, and building code issues while providing a fresh face for the new owner on USC’s Fraternity Row. Future phases include additional upgrades to the house interior, the extension of an existing roof deck and new exterior stair, and renovation of the existing BBQ patio.
